This Privacy Policy explains how BETSONAGI LLC, d/b/a Adspirer (“Adspirer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects information when you use Adspirer’s websites, dashboard, APIs, Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) server, ChatGPT connector, AI client integrations, automation tools, and related services.
Adspirer helps users connect AI assistants and MCP-compatible clients to advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads, so users can analyze performance, research keywords and audiences, create and manage campaigns, audit conversion tracking, and set up reports, monitors, and alerts.
By using Adspirer, you authorize us to process information as described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
We collect information needed to create, secure, and manage your Adspirer account, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Company or organization name
- Account identifiers
- Subscription plan, usage tier, and quota information
- Login, authentication, and session information
- Customer support communications
Authentication and Connection Data
When you connect an advertising platform or AI client, we collect and process authentication data needed to provide the service, including:
- OAuth tokens and refresh tokens
- OAuth scopes and connection status
- API keys or personal access tokens, if you choose to use them
- Session identifiers
- Connected account metadata
Adspirer does not collect or store your Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, ChatGPT, Claude, or other third-party account passwords.
Connected Advertising Account Data
When you connect advertising platforms, we may collect and process account identifiers and metadata, including:
- Google Ads customer IDs and account names
- Meta ad account IDs, Facebook Page IDs, Instagram account IDs, Meta Pixel IDs, custom audience IDs, and lead form IDs
- LinkedIn ad account IDs, organization IDs, campaign group IDs, conversion IDs, and company page metadata
- TikTok advertiser IDs, campaign IDs, ad group IDs, ad IDs, identity IDs, pixel IDs, and asset IDs
- Campaign, ad set, ad group, ad, creative, conversion, audience, and asset identifiers
- Connection health, permissions, and account status
Campaign, Creative, and Targeting Data
When you use Adspirer tools, we may collect or process campaign and advertising data, including:
- Campaign names, objectives, statuses, budgets, bids, bid strategies, schedules, and pacing settings
- Keywords, negative keywords, search themes, search terms, and keyword research data
- Audiences, targeting settings, interests, demographics, locations, placements, devices, languages, job titles, company sizes, industries, custom audiences, and exclusion lists
- Ad copy, headlines, descriptions, calls to action, display links, landing page URLs, tracking URLs, UTM parameters, and deep links
- Images, videos, logos, asset URLs, asset metadata, uploaded assets, creative IDs, video IDs, image hashes, and asset validation results
- Conversion settings, pixels, events, conversion actions, conversion rules, attribution settings, and tracking diagnostics
Performance, Analytics, and Reporting Data
We collect and process advertising performance data requested through Adspirer, including:
- Spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, conversion value, revenue, ROAS, CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, reach, frequency, engagement, video views, hook rate, completion rate, and related metrics
- Campaign, ad group, ad set, ad, keyword, search term, creative, audience, placement, geographic, and device-level performance
- Wasted-spend analysis, anomaly analysis, creative fatigue analysis, conversion tracking health, budget optimization recommendations, and forecasting or benchmarking outputs
- Generated reports, briefs, summaries, exports, and recommendations
Lead Form and Conversion Data
If you use tools that access lead forms or conversion data, we may process information from connected advertising platforms, including:
- Lead form names, IDs, questions, statuses, and metadata
- Lead submissions and field values configured by you in the advertising platform, which may include name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and custom form answers
- Conversion event data, conversion action status, conversion values, attribution windows, pixel diagnostics, and related tracking data
You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of lead form, conversion, and customer data complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
Automation, Monitoring, and Notification Data
If you use Adspirer automation, monitoring, or reporting tools, we may collect:
- Monitor names, metrics, thresholds, operators, campaign filters, and alert settings
- Scheduled brief and report settings
- Time zones, schedules, delivery methods, and notification preferences
- Email addresses, Slack channels, webhook URLs, or other delivery destinations you provide
- Research job context, competitor names, seed keywords, campaign goals, audience descriptions, and generated research outputs
- Pending, approved, rejected, expired, or executed action records
Tool Usage and Diagnostic Data
When you use Adspirer through ChatGPT, another AI client, our dashboard, or our API, we may collect technical and usage data, including:
- Tool names invoked
- Tool parameters needed to execute your request
- Timestamps
- Request and response status
- Error messages
- Quota usage
- Progress events
- Correlation IDs
- Logs needed for security, debugging, reliability, billing, and abuse prevention
We do not intentionally collect your full conversations with AI clients unless conversation content is sent to Adspirer as part of a tool request.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage your Adspirer account
- Connect to advertising platforms and AI clients you authorize
- Execute MCP tools, API calls, dashboard actions, reports, automations, and workflows you request
- Read, analyze, and summarize campaign, performance, conversion, lead, audience, keyword, and creative data
- Create, update, pause, resume, duplicate, archive, delete, or otherwise manage campaigns, ads, ad groups, ad sets, creatives, budgets, targeting, assets, conversion settings, and tracking settings when requested or approved
- Generate recommendations, reports, audits, alerts, research, and performance insights
- Send scheduled reports, alerts, notifications, and webhook deliveries
- Maintain subscription plans, usage limits, quotas, and billing-related account state
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
- Secure the service, prevent abuse, detect fraud, and investigate security incidents
- Improve reliability, product quality, and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, agreements, and policies
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to provide, secure, and operate Adspirer.
Advertising Platforms
We exchange data with advertising platforms you connect, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
For example, we may:
- Retrieve campaign and performance data
- Upload or validate assets
- Create or update campaigns, ads, ad groups, ad sets, creatives, audiences, keywords, budgets, and conversion settings
- Retrieve lead form submissions when you request them
- Audit conversion tracking and pixel health
Each advertising platform’s own privacy policy and terms apply to its processing of data.
AI Clients and MCP-Compatible Applications
When you use Adspirer through ChatGPT or another AI client, we return tool results to that client so it can display or use the results in your conversation.
Tool results may include campaign data, account metadata, performance metrics, lead form data, reports, recommendations, generated copy, tracking diagnostics, or confirmation of actions taken.
Your use of any AI client is also governed by that AI client’s own privacy policy and terms.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate Adspirer. These may include providers for:
- Cloud hosting and compute
- Databases and data storage
- Cache, queue, and session infrastructure
- Authentication and identity management
- Email delivery and notifications
- Logging, monitoring, security, and error tracking
- Payment, subscription, and billing management
- Analytics and product operations
- Slack, webhook, or other communication delivery, when configured by you
These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.
Legal, Safety, and Compliance
We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- Enforce our agreements, terms, or policies
- Protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Adspirer, our users, advertising platforms, or the public
- Detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical issues
- Complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections
4. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Adspirer, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.
Retention periods vary by data type:
- Account information: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for legal, security, billing, or support purposes.
- OAuth tokens and connected account credentials: retained until you disconnect the account, revoke access, delete your account, or the token expires.
- API key records: retained until revoked or deleted. Limited audit metadata may be retained for security and abuse prevention.
- Campaign and account metadata: retained while your account is active or as needed to provide historical context, reports, troubleshooting, and service continuity.
- Performance metrics and analytics: retained for a limited period to power reporting, recommendations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and cached performance views.
- Temporary asset bundles and validation files: retained only as long as needed for validation, upload, and campaign creation workflows.
- Lead form and conversion data: retained as needed to provide requested tools, reports, troubleshooting, or customer-configured workflows.
- Monitors, scheduled reports, alerts, research jobs, and automation records: retained until deleted, expired, or no longer needed to provide the service.
- Tool invocation logs, error logs, and diagnostics: retained for security, reliability, debugging, audit, and abuse-prevention purposes.
- Billing, tax, legal, and compliance records: retained as required by law.
Backups may retain deleted data for a limited period before automatic deletion.
5. User Controls and Choices
You can control your information in several ways:
- Disconnect advertising platforms from Adspirer
- Revoke Adspirer access from Google, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok account settings
- Delete or revoke API keys
- Delete monitors, scheduled reports, alerts, research jobs, and automation tasks
- Change notification destinations or disable optional notifications where supported
- Request access to your information
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your account and associated information
- Request export of information where required by applicable law
- Object to or restrict certain processing where required by applicable law

6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
- Encryption at rest where supported
- OAuth 2.1 with PKCE for supported connections
- Token encryption or secure hashing, depending on token type
- Access controls and least-privilege permissions
- Logging and monitoring for security and reliability
- Separation of duties and limited operational access
- Backup and recovery controls
- Incident detection and response procedures
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Advertising Platform Credentials
Adspirer does not collect or store your advertising platform passwords.
When you connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads, authorization is handled through OAuth or another approved authorization method. You can revoke access through Adspirer or through the relevant platform’s account settings.
8. Data Processing Addendum
For business, enterprise, or agency customers that require a data processing agreement, Adspirer offers a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”).
The DPA describes Adspirer’s role as a processor or service provider when processing customer personal data on behalf of a customer, including processing instructions, confidentiality, subprocessors, security measures, deletion or return of data, and assistance with data protection obligations.

9. International Processing
Adspirer is operated by BETSONAGI LLC, d/b/a Adspirer. We and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate.
If you use Adspirer from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in countries that may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
10. Children’s Privacy
Adspirer is not intended for children under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us at support@adspirer.com.
11. Third-Party Services
Adspirer integrates with third-party services, including advertising platforms and AI clients. Your use of those services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
Examples include:
- Google Ads and Google APIs
- Meta Ads and Meta APIs
- LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn APIs
- TikTok Ads and TikTok APIs
- ChatGPT and other AI clients
- Slack or webhook destinations you configure
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by law, such as by updating the “Last updated” date, posting a notice, or contacting you.
Your continued use of Adspirer after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the updated policy.
